  • Cutoff for dispatch same day is 3pm
  • We only ship on the above days to avoid the biltong sitting in a courier warehouse for prolonged periods of time, which is not so great.
  • If you select Standard shipping, and provide a Rural address, we will not be able to ship your order. Please ensure you select the right postage!
  • Shipping is Nationwide in NZ - everywhere you can get the post, including Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart and Chatham Islands! (Just make sure you select the right postage options).

 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY BILTONG?

Biltong likes to breathe, so once you receive your order, open up the paper bags and let them air in the pantry, or somewhere cool, dry and food safe like that. 

If you are not going to eat your biltong for more than a week, pop it in a ziplock bag and freeze it - that keeps it from drying out too much, and makes sure its still as fresh and tasty as ever. You might want to defrost it before you eat it though...
