HOW SHOULD I STORE MY BILTONG?

The best way to store your biltong is away from mates, kids, pets and partners - !

Biltong likes to breathe, so once you receive your order, open up the paper bags and let them air in the pantry, or somewhere cool, dry and food safe like that. 

 

HOW DO I FREEZE MY BILTONG?

If you are not going to eat your biltong for more than a week, do this:

1. Take your biltong out of the paper bag we sent it to you in
2. pop it in a ziplock bag
3. squeeze all the air out and seal it
4. Freeze it!

This keeps it from drying out too much, and makes sure its still as fresh and tasty as ever. 

When you are ready to eat it, just take out how much you want, and defrost it on a plate on your countertop. Easy!
