During all 4 Levels of Covid restrictions, we are open online, and shipping Monday-Thursday (except public holidays).
Levels 1 & 2 we are open online and in person.
Levels 3 & 4 we are open only online.
Shipping may be delayed as the postal system does its best to manage their increased workload - please be patient.

2. You are sent a confirmation email with your order number
3. We receive your order
4. When we pack your order, you will be sent a fulfillment email. this contains a tracking number for you to track your parcel.
5. Please wait for the courier to collect your parcel from us, so the tracking number shows an updated status.
6. Use the tracking number and the link in the fulfillment email to track your order until it arrives at your door!
Biltong in the Post
Rest assured we have every confidence in our biltong as it is a shelf stable dried food product, and is designed to withstand several days in the post without any harm.
We have shipped over 4,500 parcels of biltong without our product spoiling.
As biltong ages, it simply becomes more dry. To prevent this, you can freeze it in ziplock bags to keep it more moist.
Do not store it in the fridge unless you want it to become very dry very quickly.
