Hi there! We are Coert & Jess - aka The Biltong Shed crew.

Coert is our token South African, and makes sure all the biltong is real.

Jess is the boss, and keeps everything else running!

 

We are based in a pretty sweet little town 2hrs north of Auckland, called Whangarei. 

The Biltong Shed trailer is also based in Whangarei most of the time, but we travel to events and festivals around the North Island.

When you can't get to the Biltong Shed in person, there's always online!
