Droewors (pronounced "Dry-Vorss" for the Kiwis!) means 'dried sausage', and is made up of our Original recipe biltong, with extra fat added, and squeezed into casing before being hung to dry.

A bit of a specialty biltong item, those who love it, absolutely LOVE IT. And those who don't? Not so much...

As with the whole steaks, the droewors will be cut to size to fit in the parcels, so you're not paying extra shipping just for the length.
