Droëwors (pronounced "Dry-Vorss" for the Kiwis!) means 'dried sausage', and is made up of our Original recipe biltong, with extra fat added, and squeezed into casing before being hung to dry.
A bit of a specialty biltong item, those who love it, absolutely LOVE IT. And those who don't? Not so much...
